Setting up a new user account at msdorders
Under «Would you like to register with your GLN or MSD customer number?» click on «GLN»


Under “Would you like to register with your GLN or MSD customer number?” click “MSD customer number”.


The GLN number (Global Location Number) is your personal identification number: You can find it in the MedReg register: https://www.medregom.admin.ch/
MSD Customer Number: If you have already ordered through MSD, you can find your practice/customer number on an MSD invoice. To correctly use this ID in our system (see red
arrow at the bottom of the image), you must add zeros to the front until the number consists of 10 digits. If you cannot see your number or do not have one, please contact
customer service: msd.kundendienst@msd.com

Please check your spam folder first, and if you still haven’t received your password, click on “Forgotten password?” If you still don’t receive your password, please contact customer

Changes to existing user account at msdorders
Our customer service team will be happy to amend your details if necessary. Please email msd.kundendienst@msd.com with the complete specification and your GLN number.

Group account
In the group account you can link multiple accounts and place orders using the same login.
Log in to msdorders, go to My Profile, and click on “Group Accounts.” You will need the MSD customer number of the person you want to add to the account. Click “Add an
account to the group” and then enter the customer number. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

You can add up to 5 accounts.

You can remove accounts by clicking on «Unlink»

Orders via the cantonal vaccination program
Please check whether you are a recognized healthcare practitioner and are authorized to order through the cantonal program.
When registering with msdorders, you can indicate whether you would like to place orders through the cantonal vaccination program and select your canton.

Customer service will clarify the reason for this and tell you what to do.

After completing your order, click the “Discover products in the online shop” button. This will take you directly to the pop-up window where you can select your order type. To order
any other MSD vaccine or medication, select the “Regular Order” order type.
In Switzerland, the billing process can vary depending on the canton. In some cantons, the invoice goes directly to the canton or directly to the doctor’s office, such as in the canton
of Bern. If the invoice goes directly to the office, you can also request/demand reimbursement directly from the canton.
For cantons that order through the cantonal vaccination program: You can bill and receive reimbursement for the HPV vaccination through the canton. The HPV vaccination can be
ordered online at www.msdorders.ch. Reimbursement for vaccination services is handled by the cantonal medical service.
For cantons that do not order through the cantonal vaccination program: There is a list of HPV vaccination physicians compiled by the health department. You can bill and
reimburse the HPV vaccination through the canton. The HPV vaccination is ordered using a special order form, which can be obtained from the canton.

Questions about the ordering process at msdorders
You should receive an order confirmation email with a 10-digit confirmation number within 30 minutes of placing your order. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder first.
Perhaps the order wasn’t fully processed. Did the thank you page appear after submitting the order?

Tip: Packs of 10 are marked in the msdorders online shop with the addition “10x Dose”.

Orders placed before 12pm can be delivered the next working day if requested.
If an order is urgent and the product needs to be delivered the next day, please contact customer service at: 058 618 38 38.

When you place an order, you can select your preferred delivery date under “Desired delivery date”.
Immediately after logging in to msdorders, you can view your completed orders under “View order history.”

Questions about shipping
The shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout proces when you place your order.
You can also find them in our Terms and Conditions view.
Under “Order History” you can see whether your order is being processed, has already been delivered or has been canceled.
Please make sure you are in the correct order process: To view your orders for the cantonal vaccination program, you must be in the “Cantonal Program” order type. Only orders
through the cantonal program will be displayed here. To view all other orders, you must be in the “Regular Order” section. Only regular orders will be displayed here.


Questions about prices, invoices and refunds
If you order before 12 noon, your order will arrive the next day.
If you order after 12 noon, your order will arrive the day after.
For logistical reasons, refrigerated products cannot be delivered on a working day following a national holiday.
Tip: Chilled products are marked with the word “Cold chain” in the msdorders webshop.

Go to “Checkout” and click “Continue.” The billing address will be displayed under step 2 of the checkout process. On the right side, you’l see the order summary.

Immediately after logging in to msdorders, you can view or manage your invoices under “Invoices”.
